Items usually ship within five working days (M-F) of purchase.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title except for the exceptions listed below.

Please note that we do not accept returns on books containing software, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened.

DVD and CDs

Unopened DVDs and CDS (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within two weeks of receipt, in which case we will credit your account for the full amount of the CD or DVD.

NOTE: Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
